The week that has been...

Yo You....

How was that weekend then eh... was an awesome weekend of weather wasn't it!!!!???... All was great, had a great weekend... First BBQ for the summer was followed by another - two in one weekend....
Thia & Steph are well - loving spending time together... with the after-work play with Dad... Man she is growing so much... so fast..
Anyhow, in the weekend - Thia had a few 'firsts' again... her first swing at home... and a little swim in the pool... she loves both of them...
This week is school holidays, Madison, Sophie and Amy are all coming round for a play with their favourite little girl Thia!!!!....

The week that was...

Hey Yo....

We hope you haven't given up on checking back here...
We are doing great... Thia is doing really good and moving around lots more by herself now... she is rolling over fast and loving it... Crawling is next (YAY!!!)...
So, like I said a couple of posts earlier on, Thia was in hospital for a checkup on her kidney... not a great moment for all involved, but from initial reports all is in the clear (so that is great)...
We haven't been up to a hell of a lot as late, just chilling out and having a great time with friends and family....
A belated Happy Birthday goes to Georgia, and Nana Mantle - hope you spend your vouchers wisely....

Also a very sad time for the England family - uncle Ron (Thia's Great Nana Glentworth's brother) has past away on Monday.... R.I.P....

6 month update (WHOA!!!!)

Hey there,

First off... today is Thia's six month birthday... can you believe six months ago most of you would have seen Thia for the first time on this blog... man time goes fast eh!!!...
Thia has grown so so much... she is now more than just part of our lives!!!.. life before Thia!!! - was there one??!!!... Wicked eh...
So, the two of us (Thia and Grant) have been sick with chest infections and all kinds of other infections... so have been under the weather, and taking more drugs than Elvis did... (hehehehe)...
We have been to the 'naki for the second weekend in a row... this time Paula and Bretts baby boy was there... his name is 'Blake Kalin Lister'.... have a look at http://www.tdhb.org.nz/maternity/baby_lister_b.html for the details...
On our trip up to see Blake, we visited with Thias' Great Nana... she is doing well... Thia loved eating Nanas hands and had a good time meeting up with her again... After that it was shopping (YAY... Everyone loves shopping!!!! - Right???)
