Photo Blog this time...
Sorry about not blogging for quite some time.. This week has been extremely busy for us...
I've been doing a big project in Dannevirke (hopefully finishing up there in the next couple of days)...
We have had visitors from Hawera stay for a couple of nights while Dad was in Wellington - Mum, Paula & Reeve have stayed for a couple of nights - Steph and Thia were left to entertain them - from all accounts everyone enjoyed themselves....
We met them in Bulls - there was a petting farm there - it was really cool to walk though, there are a couple of photos on the album...
On Monday, Steph took them down to Otaki, for some retail therepy at the factory shops...
Then that night we went to Ruby's birthday party... also a couple of pics...
Have a look at the album.... I will be posting more here very soon (I promise!!!)

Any one interested in being a small time shareholder in NZX
Something completely different....
Just an idea... is anyone interested in being a small (very small) time player in the a new company listing on the NZX stock exchange...
For some background on the company - Take a look at....
http://www.xero.com/investors/ or
http://tinyurl.com/3cav37 or
www.xero.com
This company looks pretty damn hot for NZ, and has some pretty big NZ players on the board (i.e. Sam Morgan (everyone knows him as the Trademe creator))....
If you might interested in getting a syndicate going... There is a total minium of $1,000 required for what looks like $1 shares...
Sure there is a risk... But... if there is 10 groups interested that is 100 bucks each.. (you get the picture)...
Like I said - it is just an idea...
email or comment your views...

Matt & Jens Wedding
The day up until then was really great.... the wedding was a great, the weather was great, and we all had fun... the bride and groom said the 'I do's' and put on a real good time...
Congrats to Matt & Jen, it was truly a memorable wedding - very touching to everyone there... we all wish you the happiness that you two truly deserve....
Personally, I was living a little on the edge (Steph would say lots thou!!!)... especially the from exactly 7:54pm to 8:09 on Saturday... Wholly shirt!!!, my guts was in a tangle, sweat was pouring from every cravious of my body... and I feel sorry for all the people that got to hear my stuttering and dribble that came out of my mouth.... my toast mastering / MC days is way way over (for now at least)...Anyhows that is was over and after a couple of jugs of beer it was all a blur... It is great timing that I am in the middle of enrolling into a 12 week night school class for 'effective speaking'....
Anyhow enough about me going on like a little girl that I was.... more about what we have been up to.. there is no better way to get
Thia is really getting to grips with the bouncer thingee...

Sorry no pics in this one
What a big arse weekend in the Manawatu... unfortunately for you guys, there is not any photos for two reasons..
- We had the camera but forgot to use it (DOH!!!)
- What happens on tour, stays on tour... (And boy what I tour!!!)
So, Steph had a birthday tea on Friday with the her family, it was a pretty quite affair, with a Chinese smorgasbord involved... it was a good way to start the weekend, and was great to catch up with her family in the one room..
The Saturday was officially Stephs birthday - she got breakfast delivered to her (Thanks McDonald's)... Then not before long Thia was up, and it was all go.. after that it was a just about 11am and I had a stag night (and day) to get ready for... After a pickup of the van (thanks Shamrock Inn), I parted ways with Thia and Steph..
Matt (the stag) got dressed up as a Chicken..
The boys cruised off to the Tui Brewery for a tour around their factory... after scoring three beers from Tui, we hit the road for a bit of a road trip... the rest unfortunately has an 'Stays on tour' motto... but rest assured their was stripping involved (not the printing sort) and some pretty fast motorbikes...
In the meantime, Steph was having a birthday haircut and was out on Jen's hens night (funny that - cause Matt was a Chicken - hehehehe)... Thia stayed with Vicki and her family (thanks)
From all accounts the girls had fun, but the boys had a real ball..
Steph says 'thanks to all you folk for your warm wishes and gifts'...
For some reason, Sunday started just a little slower than ever before.. It was also Steph's first 'Mothers Day'.. Thia brought her a TwinkleToes voucher - is a hand print thing so it can go up on the wall in a frame... is pretty cool...
We went round to Wayne & Vicki's for a Mothers Day soup special - very nice...
We are in wind down mode now... sleep deprived is not great (especially when it is alcohol involved)...
Talk soon... toot toot

Sunday update...
Thia is doing really really well... taking in more than 9 hours sleep every night... is really funny now, Steph & I are up at 3 till 5 waiting for a noise in her room.. and she is just cruising through dreaming of her next boob in the face experience (hehehehe)...
This weekend has been another great one, and a brand new experience... We went to a wedding on Saturday, and we left Thia behind with Aunt Vicki, Georgia and Ruby... As the protective father which I am, I asked all the right questions and took their passports off them just incase they decided to hi-jack her (hehehe)... Thankfully they answered the questions correctly (albeit in 'YES' or 'NO')...
Before we knew it Thia was gone out the driveway (of cause I checked the WOF and wrote down the license plate number!!!).
The family of THREE turned into TWO!!! - and we didn't know what the hell to talk about - We crusied it to the wedding...
The wedding was at a big arse old church in Palmy, and was pretty cool... as we were invited to the after wedding, we had a couple of ours to get to know each other again... but it was way to quite, so decided we would pickup Steph folks and go out for tea... and a take in a game of ten pin bowling - after scoring (in the bowls that is - hehehehe), there was a couple of texts and phone calls to see if we could talk to Thia and make sure she was good (or was that just to comfort us that she is OK)....
After the after match do - we picked up our girl (and I handed back the passports to them)... Thia was doing great (nah Awesomely).... and away we went home.... A big Thanks to Vicki and the girls...
Oh yeah, and we also went to the Plunket party on Sunday (they had heaps of children and prams there)... the photo winners where also announced - Thia never got a prize, but we reckon we hit the jackpot with her!!!
That is enough for you to read for this time round...
There will be lots more to read about this week, as it is Steph's birthday on Saturday, Jens Hens night (The girls are hitting the town!!!! - hehehe)..., Matts stag-do (The boys are hitting the town!!!! - hehehe)... and of cause Steph's first Mothers day (as well as 'hangover day' - hehehe)...
Take care....
And they lived happily ever after (Dale & Krystal)
See we won the Jackpot!!!
